He studied accounting in Spain, came back to Chile in 1974. Between 1982 and 1983 he took a post graduate program in Adolfo Ibañez business school.
At the age of 23, he took charge together with his cousins, of the family company, Dos en Uno, which grew exponentially, becoming one of the largest in the country.
After 8 years in Dos en Uno, he leaves the company to enter the real estate market and creates, together with other associates, the company Aconcagua, one of the most important in its field today. They started in 1982 building an average of 100 houses a year, targeted toward a middle – low income public. In nearly 3 years, they were building an average of 1000 houses. After a decade, they had built 10 thousand houses in different communities of Santiago, such as Puente Alto and La Florida. Lería then decides to sell his shares of the company in 1994 to develop new projects.
Mr. Lería also has a long track record of corporate management and transactional experience in various industries. He was responsible for the management and eventual sale of Parma, a Luksic Group company, which was concluded in 2003. He also developed a sizeable forestry asset in the late 1980s and early 1990s, which was ultimately sold to Forestal Mininco, a division of CMPC, in 2005.
Mr. Lería has also contributed to the social development of Chile throughout his career. He was President of the Chilean Rodeo Federation from 2008 to 2012, where he significantly improved the processes and self-regulation of this organization, which oversees Chile’s national pastime. He has also created a scholarship program for workers in the agricultural area of OSLER. He also participates as an advisor to the Andrónico Luksic Foundation, which focuses on providing better access to education in Chile.
In 2011 he creates OSLER Investments with his children, in order to continue the development of important projects in the areas of real estate, land banking and forestry in Chile and abroad.
He studied commercial engineering in University Católica del Norte. He has a solid experience in the financial area, real estate and evaluation of projects.
He worked for 10 years in the financial system as an executive for large companies such as Banco O Higgins (International and Osorno), then continued in the financial and management area of service companies leading then as financial manager.
He has been 10 years working with Oscar Lería in all of his projects.
He studied accounting in Universidad Central and has a graduate degree in planning and managing tax legislation from Universidad Católica.
He has worked with Oscar Lería y several projects since 1997, taking charge of the administration, tax and human resources areas.
Today he is General Manager of Forestry Lexister and Agriculture El Refugio, taking hold of the management and administration of all the projects under these areas.
Journalist from the Diego Portales University, she has a long career path in communications, working in companies, organizations and agencies in Chile and abroad.
Highlighting her passing through América Economia Magazine in Miami, her 4 years in Hill &Knowlton Captiva in Santiago in charge of clients such as AmCham, Delta Airlines, Procter & Gamble and APEC Ceo Summit in 2004, as well as her 5 years in Marbella, Spain were she carried out several consultancies to local real estate agencies. When she returned to Chile she became head of the communication area for the Luksic Foundation during 3 years.
In Osler she has been working since January 2013 as Director and General Manager of Communications.
